1.Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User" or "You") and jte9 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your registration, access and use of the jte9 website located at https://jte9.io and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games and any promotional or bonus features offered therein.

By completing the jte9 registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise accessing any part of the jte9 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jte9 platform.

jte9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.

2.Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jte9 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value or wagering incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer product, slot title, crash game, sports betting market or other wagering product made available through the jte9 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that jte9 may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or in response to internal risk assessments.
• "Platform" means the jte9 website, mobile interface and all associated digital services available at https://jte9.io.
• "Taka" or "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is used for all transactions on jte9.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-fund bet placed by a Player on any Game available through jte9.

3.Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on jte9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. jte9 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the jte9 platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of any employee of jte9 or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to any form of legal guardianship may not register.
• You must not be self-excluded from jte9 or from any other gambling platform as part of a formal self-exclusion or responsible gaming programme.

jte9 reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to review and potential forfeiture in accordance with applicable anti-fraud and responsible gaming policies.

4.Account Registration

Registration on jte9 is free of charge. Each individual may hold only one Account. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address and a valid mobile number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

Duplicate accounts — defined as two or more accounts registered by the same individual, from the same device, sharing the same IP address, using the same payment method or originating from the same household — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jte9 may void all bonuses received across those accounts, close all but the earliest-registered account and withhold any pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of account balances.

5.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jte9 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. jte9 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

You must notify jte9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. jte9 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

6.Deposits & Payments

jte9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jte9 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically credited to your jte9 Account within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank's processing times. jte9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account where possible.
• jte9 reserves the right to request proof that the payment method used belongs to the registered Account holder before processing any withdrawal.
• jte9 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time.

7.Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the same payment methods used for deposits. jte9 processes withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts typically on the same business day for verified accounts. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the card issuer.

Before processing any withdrawal, jte9 may require the Account holder to complete KYC verification. You may be asked to submit a copy of a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport or driving licence, together with a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Account holder's name.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• jte9 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse or any other breach of these Terms.
• In cases where a chargeback has been initiated by a Player, jte9 reserves the right to suspend the Account and offset any chargeback amount against the Account balance.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

jte9 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering multipliers, maximum bet limits during bonus play and expiry periods.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jte9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement before any portion may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Maximum bet per spin or per round during active bonus wagering is ৳500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus wagering may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit outside of applicable wagering completion.
• jte9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts permanently closed.

9.Game Rules & Betting

Each game available on the jte9 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and sports betting markets — operates under its own set of rules as determined by the relevant game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules, return-to-player rates and variance of any game before wagering real funds.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held on jte9's servers shall be deemed the authoritative source of truth. Where a technical error or software malfunction has materially affected the outcome of a game round, jte9 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after the relevant game round has commenced.
• jte9 reserves the right to impose maximum win caps on any game or event at its discretion.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Odds are locked at the time a bet is confirmed.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or voided in circumstances where the integrity of a sporting event is in question or where official results are delayed or disputed.

10.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jte9 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of applicable balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, macros, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with jte9 games or betting markets.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider betting or any form of coordinated play designed to unfairly influence game outcomes.
• Using the jte9 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another individual.
• Systematically exploiting software errors, display glitches or pricing anomalies (commonly referred to as "sharking" or "bugging").
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC or payment process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with any component of the jte9 platform or its underlying software.
• Accessing the platform in a manner that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on jte9's infrastructure.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the jte9 platform — including but not limited to the jte9 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets licensed from third-party providers, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of jte9 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jte9 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the jte9 platform without the prior written consent of jte9.

12.Privacy & Data

jte9 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is available at jte9.io/privacy-policy. By registering on jte9 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jte9 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors and regulatory bodies strictly as required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

13.Responsible Gaming

jte9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for a minority of players gambling can become problematic, and we provide a suite of tools to help players stay in control of their activity at all times.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their Account via the responsible gaming settings panel or by contacting support.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jte9, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or computer damage.

jte9's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jte9 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jte9 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors, viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accept no liability for downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures or telecommunications outages.

15.Amendments to These Terms

jte9 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jte9 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jte9 platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the jte9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your Account and the withdrawal of any eligible balance by contacting support.

16.Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jte9 operates as an international online gaming platform and this Agreement does not create any submission to any particular national jurisdiction beyond what is required by applicable law.

Our team will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint quickly and fairly. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, jte9 may refer the matter to an appropriate independent dispute resolution process.

jte9 does not accept jurisdiction of any court or tribunal beyond what is strictly required by applicable mandatory law. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.
